These terms govern the use of Sobmit, a service of Tayfun Gülcan (see the imprint). By creating an account or running a flow you agree to them.
Sobmit is a visual builder for AI agent workflows: you compose flows from nodes (agents, HTTP requests, web search, MCP servers and more) and run them on demand, on a schedule or via webhook. The service is currently in a test phase — features may change, and we may adjust these terms with notice.
Sign-in works via a one-time email link. You are responsible for the mailbox you register with and for everything that happens through your account. One account per person; you must provide a working email address.
Usage is billed from a prepaid credit balance in euros. New accounts receive a starting credit; top-ups are purchased through Stripe. The cost of a run depends on the models and tools used — rates are shown in the app, and every charge appears in your usage overview. A running flow stops when the balance is exhausted. Purchased credit does not expire; statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected. All amounts are net, plus VAT where applicable.
Use Sobmit lawfully. In particular you may not use flows, HTTP nodes or webhooks to attack, scan or overload third-party systems, to send spam, to circumvent access controls, or to generate or distribute unlawful content. You must have the right to process any data you put into a flow. We may throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or endanger the service.
Flows you build and their outputs remain yours. If you publish a flow to the public gallery you grant other users the right to view and fork it; stored credentials are stripped before publishing. Model outputs are generated by third-party models — check them before relying on them.
The PII masking option for transcripts is a best-effort convenience feature: it contextually replaces personal data by heuristic rules, but it may miss or over-mask information and does not guarantee complete anonymization. We assume no liability for any personal data that remains unmasked or is disclosed as a result — always review the output before sharing it and do not treat a masked transcript as legally anonymized.
During the test phase the service is provided as-is, without a guaranteed availability. Scheduled runs and webhooks are executed with reasonable care but may be delayed or dropped. When the test phase ends, existing accounts will be moved to an official plan — purchased credit is not affected.
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical foreseeable damage. Liability for lost profits or indirect damage is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
You can delete your account at any time in the app; this removes your flows, runs and secrets. Accounts that remain unused for an extended period may be deleted after prior notice.
German law applies. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's seat.
